Gift Cards can be used as full or part payment on Colour and Styling services. They cannot be redeemed against retail merchandise in salon. Gift cards cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash. This does not affect your statutory rights. If your Gift Card is Lost Or Stolen, replacements may be provided, please contact your Local Salon should this happen. Red Hair Gift Cards expire 12 months after activation. Any remaining balance on the Gift Card will be lost if they are not redeemed within this period. Any Top Up’s applied to the card will restart the 12 month time limit. Red Hair has no liability for lost, stolen or damaged cards once responsibility of ownership has passed to the customer at time of receipt. Cards which are defaced, altered or cancelled will not be accepted.

Gift Cards ordered online can either be sent to the delivery address stated on each individual order or can be collected in salon. Gift cards will normally be dispatched within two working days and Red Hair shall not be liable for any loss incurred either directly or indirectly by failure to deliver within a reasonable time of the order being placed. Cleared payment is required prior to the dispatch of orders. Payment is taken automatically at the time of purchase.
